Fix 64 bit sidebar

Description: Fix 64 bit sidebar is a gadget that allows you to simply change autorun 64 bit sidebar to 32 bit sidebar with just a click. If you don't like the changes you can simply click the Reset autorun to 64 bit sidebar. You will also need to restart your computer for the effects to happen.
