On the stripe you see the hour (number 12 on screenshot), scale of minutes (green filling on the left sight) and a stripe for seconds (a line near number 12). Anyway, to understand how it works you should install it and see yourself. At first sight it seems to be inconvenient, but in reality it is pretty original decision. You may choose the colour in settings.
