It provides a calendar that is suitable for every rotating shift schedule and can be an important part for those who are shift workers. With it you can select 40 common shift schedules or you can even create your own. If you do create a custom schedule make sure that you enter the dates as mm/dd/yyyy and not dd/mm/yyyy.
